About the Company They are a leading full-service media and marketing agency in Dubai. The company provides door-to-door advertising, elevator media, print, online, and digital marketing solutions. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, Email, Social Media, and Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with website management, analytics, and digital content creation. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns: SEO/SEM, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Display Advertising. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Execute strong SEO strategies, including AI-based searches and keyword optimization. Develop, update, and maintain the company website and digital screens. Create engaging content, visuals, and short videos using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs. Collaborate with creative and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI. Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to refine strategies. Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels effectively. Coordinate with agencies and vendors for campaign execution and content development. Perform A/B testing to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels. Handle administrative marketing tasks and assist with digital screen scheduling and posting. Required Skills & Expertise 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing. Strong understanding of PPC, SEO/SEM, Affiliate Marketing, and Email Marketing. Experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, etc.). Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiar with website development tools and digital screen management software. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Personality & Soft Skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Team player with cross-cultural collaboration skills. Professional communication and email etiquette.
