KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE

  • Proven experience in creating and driving demand in a growth acquisition and performance marketing environment.
  • Strong and hands-on experience with paid search and paid social having created, managed and optimized campaigns.
  • Strong experience with creating, managing and measuring display and video campaigns & re-targeting.
  • Relevant experience with campaign management toolsets (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, DV360…) and web analytics (Google Analytics 4).
  • Developing outcome driven acquisition strategies and operational plans to achieve subscription targets.
  • Planning and managing projects in a cross functional environment
  • Expert knowledge and experience relating to the management and development of online acquisition campaigns utilising relevant performance models – pay per click, cost per trial/acquisition etc.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and develop business cases to support new opportunities.
  • Experience working on end-to-end implementation and execution of project initiatives across multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will understand and be able to execute against digital performance marketing initiatives to drive new & incremental acquisition to continue our growth across MYOB’s product offerings to the SME, Accountants & Partners categories. This role should have strong executionary and technical capabilities across Google/Meta/TikTok platforms.
This individual will also strategically lead paid digital marketing activities across SEM, display, social and other paid opportunities for relevant business units/stakeholders focused on keeping the customer at the centre and using data to drive decisions.
