JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing NDRI’s digital marketing strategies that promote our products and services to advance MDRI’s mission. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including web, SEO, content creation and maintaining NDRI’s social media presence across all digital channels. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications and/or related field.
  • Three years minimum working experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Experience with Wordpress or similar website content management systems is required.
  • Highly skilled using website analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics to improve your online presence and user experience.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing campaigns including email marketing and corporate social media management.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools is preferred.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored for different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
    This is a full-time position working on-site three days a week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday). NDRI’s hours of work are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
