About Us:
We are a UAE-based company known for providing high-quality uniforms across the region. Now, we’re expanding into the fashion space with the launch of a new trend-driven clothing brand focused on everyday wear for modern consumers. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the launch and growth of this brand across digital platforms.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2–3 years of UAE experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, or consumer lifestyle brands.
· Proven success running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Social media Ads, Google Ads).
· Strong understanding of B2C marketing funnels, social media growth, and content strategy.
· Creative, data-driven, and highly organized.
· Based in the UAE.
· Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.
You’ll be responsible for building and executing digital marketing strategies that grow brand awareness, attract customers, and drive sales. This role is fully focused on our new B2C fashion line — from pre-launch campaigns to ongoing performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social media,
Email and Influencer platforms.
· Grow and manage the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
· Identify and collaborate with key and upcoming influencers to promote the brand and drive customer engagement.
· Create and implement marketing strategies to engage and convert customers.
· Work with content creators, designers, and photographers to produce engaging, on-brand content.
· Analyse campaign performance (traffic, ROAS, engagement, conversions) and optimize based on data.
· Collaborate closely with ecommerce, design, and product teams to support launches and
promotions.
· Stay updated on digital marketing trends, fashion industry benchmarks, and social media
innovations.
