Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities Lead GTM and day-to-day operations of paid search campaigns including strategy, keyword research, account structure and naming, campaign setup, bid and budget management, ad copy, A/B testing, performance tracking, optimization, and reporting. Understands the target markets along with business and regional priorities and translates them into paid campaigns and digital experiences. Works with third party vendors to improve campaigns. Ensures vendors meet SLAs and KPIs. Monitors performance and campaign effectiveness according to media KPIs and benchmarks as well as lead quality. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve and takes action. Responsible for other web/digital related projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent communication skills including English speaking, writing, presentation, and comprehension skills. Strong analytical skills with digital marketing and paid media orientation. Ability to interpret data and find insights. Ability to drive collaboration and work with cross functional teams locally and internationally. Demonstrates fluency in emerging AI tools and platforms, applying them to campaign building, automating workflows, generating insights, and driving data-informed paid media strategies. Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Working knowledge of Hubspot, Tableau, and other digital marketing tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to lead and manage multiple projects. Qualifications 5+ years digital marketing management experience, including paid search, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
