Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media) – Remote | Performance Marketing Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to run and optimize campaigns across paid, social, and organic channels. This is a hands-on execution role — not strategy-only. Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus) Manage campaigns in Google Ads: Search Display Remarketing Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns Write high-converting ad copy Optimize: CPC CTR Conversions ROAS Manage budgets and bidding strategies Identify and execute performance improvements 2. Social Media Engagement & Execution Manage daily engagement on: Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Respond to comments and messages Support: Content scheduling Caption writing Post optimization Track engagement metrics and growth 3. SEO & Organic Growth Conduct keyword research using: SEMrush Optimize: Metadata Content Internal linking Support technical SEO improvements Track: Rankings Organic traffic Identify content gaps and opportunities 4.
