REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, and digital campaigns.
• Comfortable working on commission-only pay.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Experience generating leads or driving conversions online (preferred but not required).

• Create and manage campaigns on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to attract potential clients.
• Generate high-quality leads for the sales team through digital marketing efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and tracking.
• Experiment with new strategies to grow audience and drive course enrollments.
