Description:
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance Precision Dental Clinic’s online presence, drive patient acquisition, and improve patient engagement. Reporting directly to the Chief Smiling Officer, this role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to create a measurable impact on our brand and patient experience.
2. WEBSITE MANAGEMENT AND SEO OVERSEE WEBSITE UPDATES, MAINTENANCE, AND OPTIMIZATION FOR SEO AND USER EXPERIENCE.
- Collaborate with SEO agency to enhance functionality and lead generation capabilities.
- Track and analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Optimize website and content for organic search ranking (SEO).
- Manage blog creation and distribution, focusing on dental health, treatments, and patient stories.
- Social Media Marketing
- Create and manage an engaging content calendar for social platforms.
- Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive patient engagement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies.
EDUCATION BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS, OR A RELATED FIELD.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or SEO are a plus.
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented industries.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
- Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms for website management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
SOFT SKILLS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
