ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Education: A university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in digital marketing, including hands-on involvement in content creation, SEO, campaign management, and analytics
  • HubSpot CRM Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Professional suite, including tools for email campaigns, lead generation, and automated workflows; experience in producing detailed reporting across connected channels
  • Paid Media & Social Platforms: Working knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and PPC strategies including Google Ads and display network campaigns
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to track and report on campaign performance, and optimise strategies based on data insights
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Able to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand messaging for various audiences
  • SEO & Content Optimisation: Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimisation techniques
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing projects independently while collaborating across teams
  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with our brand
  • WordPress: Basic proficiency in managing blog content, design updates, and troubleshooting on WordPress
  • Video Editing: Ability to produce and edit engaging video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Under the direction of the Executive Team, develop and execute creative content across multiple digital platforms to build our brand, engage existing users, and attract new leads.
  • SEO, Thought Leadership & Market Research: Conduct independent research on relevant topics, competitor products, and industry trends to create SEO-optimised content that positions us as experts in our field.
  • Platform Expertise: Tailor content for different platforms—such as blog posts, social media, and video tutorials—to effectively reach and engage various audiences.
  • Internal Content: Regularly produce knowledge base articles, email newsletters and video tutorials to support and inform and continually nurture existing customer and promotes sale.s
  • External Content: Develop compelling content to showcase our products and services, clearly communicating our unique value proposition increase volume of new customers.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns through tools available in Hubspot Marketing Professional suite, targeting specific audiences, taking ownership of their launch, monitoring, and performance reporting.
