Reform Digital Pty Ltd is a fast-paced, full-service digital marketing agency that is growing rapidly and making a real impact. We are looking for a full time (Digital) Marketing Specialist who is eager to help generate outstanding results for our clients and be the first point of contact for a variety of client campaigns.
The salary offered is $77,000 per annum plus super.
This role is a combination of account management and strategy for a portfolio of clients, acting as the middle-person between clients and Reform specialists.

The tasks and responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and ensuring their campaign KPI’s are delivered.
  • Manage a group of allocated accounts and clients in their paid advertising campaigns.
  • Understanding of other marketing channels such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Ads, Email Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimisation to be able to have informative conversations with our clients around campaign metrics.
  • Creating, executing, and driving a variety of channel strategies geared to drive leads and sales for our clients.
  • Utilise Asana to coordinate tasks, due dates, project updates and monthly deliverables.
  • Using analytics and data to report to clients and measure the effectiveness of their campaigns.
  • Providing quality monthly reporting and recommendations to clients, communicate updates and strategy changes to wider impacted teams.
  • Working with the team to project manage client campaigns and performance.
  • Maintain client relationships, delivering successful ad campaigns to the client.
  • Analysing campaign results to identify growth opportunities and areas to improve ad performance internally and to clients.

The applicant must have:

  • At least 1 years’ experience working as an account manager or strategist in digital marketing.
  • Experience working in agencies or fast-paced teams across multiple channels.
  • Experience in Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce accounts.
  • Confidence in speaking with clients and being the liaison between other departments.
  • Committed to continued training and development across all departments in our agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant discipline is highly regarded.
  • Analytical mindset and enjoys working with data to develop actionable insights.
  • Genuine passion for the digital marketing and the power of the platform for advertising success.
  • Ability to understand results, provide creative data driven solutions to clients.
  • A positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
