JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

SKILLS

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage content for the company’s website, blog, email newsletters, and social media platforms. Focus on creating compelling content to attract tenants, highlighting property tenant opportunities, market analysis, and company expertise.
  • SEO & SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to drive organic traffic. In addition, manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to generate leads.
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to engage with tenants and clients and promote properties and investment opportunities.
  • Online Presence: Manage each divisions online presence including website optimization, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Email Campaigns: Create email marketing campaigns targeting potential tenants, keeping them updated on new properties, market insights, and relevant company news.
  • Digital Marketing Trends: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to improve the company’s online presence and performance.
  • Track conversions: implement accountability process so that all lead conversions can be tracked and monitored to make sure dollars spent have the highest return.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on conversion rates from digital campaigns and social media engagement metrics. on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
