Overview Great Day Improvements - Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media The Digital Marketing Specialist – Social Media drives brand growth, audience engagement, and lead generation through organic social and influencer marketing across the Great Day Improvements brand portfolio. This role owns social execution end-to-end—from content strategy, calendars, and publishing to UGC and influencer activation, boosted post optimization, and performance reporting. Blending creative storytelling with data-driven execution, the role partners closely with creative, analytics, web, and sales teams to translate enterprise brand goals into high-impact social programs that build community, extend reach, and contribute meaningfully to pipeline growth and brand equity. Success in this role requires a highly organized, creatively driven marketer who uses performance insights to turn enterprise brand goals into scalable, high-impact social and influencer programs. Compensation: $50-$60K PLUS Bonus Opportunities Hybrid Position Responsibilities Organic Social Strategy & Community Growth Develop and execute best-in-class organic social strategies across platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging channels to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth. Own day-to-day social media management, including content planning, publishing, copywriting, UGC management, and basic creative production (Canva/Photoshop). Create actionable plans to grow and engage social communities while maintaining brand voice, integrity, and consistency. Support key marketing moments—brand campaigns, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and events—through integrated organic social plans. Monitor social and digital trends, platform updates, and competitive activity; proactively bring insights and recommendations to the broader marketing team. Analyze organic performance metrics and iterate on content strategies based on qualitative and quantitative insights. Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships Identify, evaluate, and manage influencer campaigns that support brand awareness, engagement, and paid amplification strategies. Collaborate with influencers on content concepts that align with brand guidelines while resonating authentically with target audiences. Collaborate with paid social on amplification of influencer content. A/B test against traditional ads. Track influencer performance and ROI, informing future investment and partnership strategies. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• 3-5 years of experience managing organic and influencer campaigns, preferably in home services, lead generation, or performance marketing environments.• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest, and other organic social platforms.
