About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance to lower cost per lead (CPL), and generating high-quality leads. You should be well-versed in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization while also managing social media channels and content.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Search, Display, Social Media, Email, etc.).
* Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
* Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
Digital Advertising:
* Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Optimize campaign structure, targeting, and creative assets for maximum performance.
Lead Generation and Optimization:
* Develop strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads through digital channels.
* Continuously monitor and improve conversion rates across landing pages, ads, and campaigns.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
* Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, etc.).
* Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance based on data analysis.
Content and Social Media Management:
* Manage and maintain social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content (posts, videos, graphics) aligned with brand strategy.
* Monitor trends, audience engagement, and campaign success across social platforms.
Budget Management:
* Oversee and optimize the digital marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaign performance.
* Forecast monthly expenses and ROI based on campaign plans and lead targets.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
* Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, managing paid campaigns, and lead generation.
* Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
* Strong understanding of campaign optimization strategies to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot (or other CRM tools), and social media management platforms.
* Experience managing budgets and driving ROI through optimized digital strategies.
* Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing best practices.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with content creation and management.
* Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation.
* Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital marketing certifications.
