DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team at our corporate headquarters in Winston-Salem, NC. This in-office role will be instrumental in building and maintaining our digital presence, including managing social media strategy, execution and engagement, optimizing local listings, supporting SEO efforts, and collaborating with our paid media agency partner. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in digital strategy, a passion for data-driven decision making, and a hands-on approach to execution across multiple platforms. Core Responsibilities:
- Create and manage and execute social media strategies across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar; post and schedule content, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages to foster brand community.
- Partner and communicate with agency to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Pmax etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to ensure alignment with KPIs and optimize for best results.
- Create, audit, manage, and optimize Google Business Profiles using the Yext platform (or similar), ensuring accuracy and maximizing local SEO effectiveness.
- Write and publish SEO-optimized blog content for the company website to support organic search growth.
- Collaborate with digital agency on SEO keyword research, technical audits, and on-page optimizations.
- Support digital reporting and analytics; interpret performance trends and provide insights and recommendations.
- Work with vendors to plan, coordinate, and manage the production of all social media content including photo and video shoots in the field.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, paid media, SEO, and local listings management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Business Profiles, Yext (or similar platform), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
