Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Develop engaging content (blogs, videos, visuals) to promote property listings and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Own the digital lead generation strategy to deliver consistent, qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring SEO optimization, fresh content, and effective lead capture.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics to improve results.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to align strategies and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of digital marketing experience (real estate industry experience required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and design skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Bonus skills: photography, videography, and graphic design.
