OVERVIEW

Superb Digital is an established digital marketing agency based in central Bristol, specialising in ecommerce and the estate agency sectors. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced digital marketing specialist with strong organic SEO, PPC and client facing skills.
Ideally you should have a digital agency background and an absolute passion for all things marketing. You will have the ability to develop organic search, paid search and paid social strategies to increase our clients online visibility and promote their businesses to their target audience.
You will have strong communication skills, creative campaign ideas, the ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
Superb Digital is a small but growing company, so the right candidate should have an aptitude for learning different skills and gaining a deep understanding of the business. You will have a thirst for knowledge about the digital marketing, SEO and SEM industries.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 3 years’ agency experience working on successful PPC & SEO projects
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of paid search and paid social best practices including Google Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook Ads of all campaign types
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Looker Studio
  • Fantastic client facing and handling skills, personable and understanding of those with less knowledge than yourself
  • Good understanding of WordPress and Shopify website CMS platforms
  • Experience of building websites using tools like Elementor will be a distinct advantage
  • Good standard of copywriting and command of written English
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Google Sheets and Drive.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS beneficial
  • Experience using third party SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEM Rush
Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of a number of client accounts to become their go-to expert within Superb Digital
  • Liaise with and discuss digital marketing strategies with clients to get buy-in and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Plan, develop, implement, track and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Bing for both e-commerce and lead generation clients
  • Execute Superb Digital’s SEO framework and suite of templates to produce quality optimisation recommendations
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and improvements
  • Complete in-depth SEO audits both on and off page
  • Carry out competitor research and analysis
  • Benchmark the organic SEO and Google Ads performance against competitors
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues
  • Google Analytics configuration, analysis and reporting
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise Ad account spend and performance based on the insight data
  • Maintain and monitor all top-level account metrics such as bidding strategy, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, CTR, CPA, quality scores
  • Implementing and monitoring scripts (e.g. budget caps, CPA rules etc)
  • Landing page creation and optimisation
  • Creative copy testing and optimisation
  • Generating meaningful and insightful reporting for our clients across key metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance campaigns, deliver creative solutions to drive more optimised performance and results
  • Maintaining a high-level knowledge of PPC, Social and SEO industry trends and developments and implementing new strategies as the industry/market develops
