Job Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help shape and deliver impactful digital marketing strategies across two commercial regions (Africa Middle East & Pakistan and South and South East Asia) while supporting global digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will combine creativity, technical expertise, and data-driven decision-making to drive customer-focused digital engagement strategy, optimized campaigns, and ensure consistent execution of best practices and you will be accountable for the following : Collaborate with Customer Experience Specialists to design digital marketing-enabled campaigns that drive customer engagement and generate demand. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and marketing strategy. Create and manage multi-channel marketing automation campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, local platforms) with localized content. Optimize website content for SEO, conversion, and brand consistency. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and KPI reporting. Champion digital marketing best practices, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and impact. Qualifications strong mix of technical expertise, marketing campaign planning, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies. You thrive in a fast-changing environment, can manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality results. 3–6 years’ proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a global or regional role. Proficiency with tools such as Marketing Cloud/MessageBird, Salesforce Sales, and Drupal CMS. Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, Qlik, Excel) to drive data-based decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Customer-centric mindset with focus on engagement, conversion, and brand consistency. Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
