Description

At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Planeta Formación y Universidades division.
Main Responsabilities

Planning, managing, and supervising lead generation and conversion to sales through advertising campaigns primarily in the following digital channels:

  • Search engines (mainly Google and Bing)
  • Social Media (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok…)

Monitoring and tracking lead generation on specialized education platforms

Coordination and management of lead generation advertising campaigns aligned with the School’s objectives and performance planning based on:

  • Global KPI monitoring, such as:

    • Traffic

CPL/CPA

  • Reach / %IS
  • Impression frequency
    Controlling the entire sales funnel, from traffic acquisition to enrollment.
    Analyzing and reporting on account performance.
    Ensuring compliance with and development of action plans.

Interaction and coordination with key stakeholders, including:

  • Specialized channel agencies (partners who execute action plans and implement monthly planning in coordination with the internal Digital team).
  • Digital Team (part of the Digital team at Planeta Formación and Universities).
  • Business Team (mainly Marketing/Communication and Sales departments).

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Analytics).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a SEM Manager, Performance Specialist, or Trafficker in a digital media agency or businesses with a lead-generation-based acquisition model.
  • Analytical skills and understanding of the commercial model and the relationship between different acquisition KPIs.
  • Fluent english. Highly valued: fluent spanish
  • Highly valued: proficiency and knowledge of GAds and/or SA360 platforms.
  • Desirable knowledge in other tools, such as: GA4, Google Webmaster Tools, SemRush, Google Trends, Keyword Planner from Google Ads, CRO, Core Web Vitals, etc.
  • The role requires a proactive profile with excellent task coordination and control capabilities, eager to contribute to a growing project.
