Brief Job Description:  The Specialist, QA-QC Digital Customer Experience, is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, reliability, and operational excellence of digital publishing processes across Vertiv.com, related portals, and its platforms like Digital Asset Management (DAM), and commercial Product Information Management (cPIM) systems. This role’s primary focus is conducting end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) across content publishing workflows and digital platform operations. The specialist proactively identifies defects, performs troubleshooting, applies quick fixes when feasible, and partners closely with IT Development teams for complex issue resolution. In addition, the role leads issue tracking and resolution governance, builds dashboards and reporting mechanisms, and contributes to QA enhancements and continuous process improvements to strengthen publishing efficiency, scalability, and digital experience quality. Responsibilities:  1. QA/QC Governance & Publishing Validation Comprehensive Audits & Governance: Perform rigorous functional checks on templates, components, and assets across website pages, PDPs, and backend platforms like PIM and DAM. Ensure all configurations and publishing workflows strictly adhere to established naming conventions, tagging rules, and data integrity standards. 2. Issue Troubleshooting & Resolution Issue Intake & Resolution Coordination: Lead the intake and triage of platform defects, ensuring accurate logging and tracking. Conduct hands-on troubleshooting to validate issues and partner with IT to manage the resolution lifecycle, from capacity planning to deployment, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams. 3. Dashboarding, Reporting & Operational Visibility Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Develop and manage comprehensive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into publishing quality and platform health. Review incoming issues to track defect trends, resolution efficiency, and recurring systemic risks. Deliver data-driven reports to leadership that highlight operational stability and the overall effectiveness of quality improvement plans. 4. QA Enhancements, Testing & Platform Validation Support Validation & Releases: Support the validation of new enhancements, releases, and process changes across CMS, PIM, DAM, and portals. Confirm readiness by identifying risks or dependencies and providing process recommendations to ensure that system updates meet business needs and maintain high data integrity. 5. Process Improvement, Documentation & Enablement Process & Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance publishing scalability and quality. Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to investigate systemic gaps and lead Kaizen activities to optimize workflows. Propose strategic process changes that reduce quality risks and improve overall operational excellence.   Required / Minimum Qualifications:  Job-Related Experience: * 3–6+ years experience in Quality Assurance, Content QA, Digital Publishing Operations, or Platform QA. * Proven experience conducting structured QA audits and defect tracking. * Experience leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a multi-cultural organization and across different management levels * Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JS is a plus * Basic knowledge in PIM and DAM systems is required * Excellent English written and spoken communication skills * Has the self-development skills that can aid in keeping up to date with fast-changing trends Preferred / Specific Knowledge: * Familiarity with multiple aspects of digital marketing, including content management and web development (but not necessarily IT) * Basic content management system and its complementary tools knowledge: * EPiServer * BrandMaker PIM * Oracle and OpenText DAM * cPIM Inriver * General understanding of company and general industry-accepted documentation standards * Understanding of various content management systems and its processes (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.) * End-to-end web publishing workflows. * SLA monitoring and governance frameworks. * Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies. * Kaizen or continuous improvement frameworks. * Dashboarding and reporting tools (e.g., BI tools, Excel, data visualization platforms). * Understanding of metadata, taxonomy, tagging structures, and SEO fundamentals.
