Brief Job Description:  The Sr. Analyst for the Digital Product Catalog QA will lead the effort to ensure all product detail pages meet the high standard of quality and excellence set for the company’s portfolio. This Sr. Analyst is responsible for ensuring all pages have accurate, relevant, and up-to-date content, as well as making sure that all functionalities deliver their expected results for page visitors. This role will include running quality assurance checks on pages globally for Vertiv.com (including North America, Latin America, EMEA, Asia/ANZ, and India), and perform remediation for lapses found in the pages during QA. This role also entails maintaining a change log of our product pages to help manage product information lifecycle on the website. This person will belong to the Global Digital Product Catalog Team, which offers specialized expertise in the deployment and publishing of online content. This team is responsible for establishing a single source of truth for product information, executing data-driven updates to content, and overseeing the governance frameworks related to online content publishing. Furthermore, spearhead initiatives that utilize data to enhance the organization’s digital presence. * Ensure the timely running of quality assurance checks for newly published product detail pages on Vertiv.com, with Tier 1 and Tier 2 pages as priority. * Oversee the maintenance of change log sheets as part of the product information lifecycle management effort. * Coordinate with the Buying Experiences team, the cPIM team, and the IT Web Development team regarding PDP issues submitted via Smartsheet and Wrike. * Lead the workflow creation for the new QA process and collaborate with related teams in creating the overall workflow for new PDP creation and optimization * Synthesize reports on progress of projects, and status of workload and productivity. * Conduct quality assurance tests on newly published product detail pages by checking content in terms of accuracy, relevance, and if it is up to date. * Perform revisions on the cPIM, DAM, and Episerver side for minor errors found during QA tests. * Assist the Digital Product Catalog lead in the creation of the product information lifecycle management process. * Maintain a record of the Product Detail Page sitemap, which includes categorization, family name, SKU name, DPC author, DPC publisher, offering managers, and portfolio managers. * Manage the change logs of product detail pages to easily provide a record of what updates were made to any page, who made the updates, and who requested the update.  * Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and content management, particularly in inRiver cPIM.  * Participate in discussions relating to website enhancements as a subject matter expert * Strive to expand their digital marketing skills by learning on the job or through online channels provided (ex. UX, Analytics, etc) * Develop people management skills via seminars, trainings, and day-to-day performance of tasks. * Assist the Digital Product Catalog lead in managing the automated or manual syndication processes from inRiver cPIM. * Ensure Tier 3 and Tier 4 products designated for syndication are properly tagged in the PIM. * Conduct regular audit of syndicated information, making sure that the process works and the data we send out meet customer requirement and our excellence guidelines. Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Business, Marketing, Journalism or Mass Communications. Job-Related Experience * Familiarity with multiple aspects of digital marketing, including content management and web analytics * Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a multi-cultural organization and across different management levels * Excellent English written and spoken communication skills * Has the self-development skills that can aid in keeping up to date with fast-changing trends * Passion to lead a team Specific Knowledge: * Familiarity with multiple aspects of digital marketing, including content management and web development (but not necessarily IT) * Basic content management system and its complementary tools knowledge: * EPiServer * Oracle and OpenText DAM * cPIM Inriver * General understanding of company and general industry-accepted documentation standards * Understanding of various content management systems and its processes (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.) The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
