We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can bring creativity, strategy, and measurable results to showcase these powerful solutions to the right audience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or telecom.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong content creation & storytelling skills to highlight VOIPBIRD’s unique solutions.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation for technology companies.
  • Tech-savvy, with an understanding of AI, call centers, and IT infrastructure (preferred).
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead online campaigns to promote VOIPBIRD’s unique in-house applications and IT solutions. You’ll work closely with sales, technical, and product teams to create a strong digital presence, generate qualified B2B leads, and drive adoption of our solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and manage campaigns for custom call center solutions, dashboards, and AI products across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
  • Build content strategies (case studies, explainer videos, blog articles) showcasing product benefits.
  • Execute SEO & SEM campaigns for high-intent keywords (e.g., AI call center UAE, 3CX Dubai, IT AMC contracts).
  • Manage LinkedIn campaigns targeting IT managers, business owners, and enterprises.
  • Run email nurturing campaigns to convert leads into product trials and contracts.
  • Track campaign ROI, create monthly performance dashboards, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Suggest new digital growth strategies for promoting AMC, IP telephony, and AI-based tools.
