Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic
marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and
managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness,
lead generation, and customer engagement. The Digital Marketing Specialist will utilize a
combination of analytical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to optimize our online
presence and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, website
traffic, and lead generation.
2. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google
Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
3. Create engaging and conversion-focused content for digital marketing initiatives
including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and website updates.
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as
Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
5. Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance, improve user
experience, and maximize ROI.
6. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search
rankings and drive traffic to the website.
7. Collaborate with internal teams including design, content, and sales to ensure cohesive
messaging and brand consistency across all digital channels.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and
propose new ideas for continuous improvement.
9. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed for
digital marketing projects.
10. Provide regular reports and updates to management on the performance of digital
marketing efforts, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for
optimization.
11. Exposure to organic digital marketing strategies and techniques used to naturally attract
visitors to a website or online platform without relying on paid advertising. Unlike paid
digital marketing, which involves investing money in ad placements, organic digital
marketing focuses on building visibility, credibility, and trust through non-paid methods.
Here are some key components of organic digital marketing:
a. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): SEO involves optimizing a website’s content,
structure, and backlinks to improve its visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page
strategies like link building. By ranking higher in search results for relevant keywords,
businesses can attract organic traffic from search engines.
b. Content Marketing: Content marketing revolves around creating and distributing
valuable, relevant, and engaging content to attract and retain a target audience. This
content can take various forms, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos,
podcasts, and more. High-quality content not only drives organic traffic but also helps
establish authority, build trust, and foster relationships with customers.
c. Social Media Marketing (SMM): Organic social media marketing involves building and
nurturing a presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. This includes posting engaging content, interacting with
followers, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement. By creating
compelling content and fostering meaningful interactions, businesses can grow their

d. Website Optimization: Optimizing the website for user experience, speed, and mobile-
friendliness is essential for attracting and retaining organic traffic. This includes
improving page load times, optimizing site navigation, creating compelling calls-to-
action, and ensuring that the website is accessible and user-friendly across devices. A
well-optimized website not only improves search engine rankings but also enhances the
overall user experience, leading to higher engagement and conversions.
e. Overall, organic digital marketing experience on creating valuable content, fostering
meaningful relationships, and optimizing online channels to attract and retain visitors
naturally over time. While it may require more time and efforts compared to paid
advertising, organic digital marketing can yield long-term benefits in terms of brand
visibility, credibility, and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or related field.
2. Proven experience 5 years working in digital marketing roles, with a focus on strategy
development, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, social media,
email marketing, and content marketing.
4. Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook
Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
5. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to
track and measure campaign performance.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling
content for various digital channels.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make
data-driven decisions.
8. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
9. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and
meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve
common goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing
certifications.
2. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
tools.
3. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
4. Experience in B2B marketing or within the technology/software industry.
