Job Description: West Golden Cargo LLC is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist with expertise in social media, advertising, Graphic Design, and Video Production for marketing purposes.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Freight Forwarders

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategy Development
    Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy.
    Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  2. Content Creation and Management
    Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).
    Develop a social media content calendar and schedule posts.
    Ensure content is aligned with the company’s brand voice and objectives.
  3. Seo
    Conduct keyword research and optimize website, blog, and landing pages for search engines.
    Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility.
    Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  4. Analytics and Reporting
    Track and analyze performance metrics of social media campaigns.
    Provide regular reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations.
    Utilize social media analytics tools to guide future strategies and improve performance.
  5. Campaign Management
    Plan and execute social media campaigns.
    Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  6. Collaboration
    Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce engaging content.
    Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to expand reach and engagement.
  7. Advertising
    Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and creative development.
    Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
    Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Snap Chat
    Excellent multitasking skills.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
