We do not work with contractors or agencies for this role. Job Description You're the strategic backbone between clients and our digital experts. Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and oversee their consistent, high-quality implementation across all channels Dutch should come naturally, English is a must and French is a plus Spot relevant trends and translate them into inspiring sessions for clients and internal teams Conduct strategic audits of existing marketing and digital approaches - and turn findings into clear direction Define strategic frameworks that guide fellow strategists and execution teams Pitch and develop new digital propositions with existing clients Build deep understanding of clients' business goals, target audiences, and competitive landscape through close collaboration Act as the strategic bridge between clients and our digital specialists across social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, CRO, marketing automation, performance marketing, SEO and SEA, - guiding them on how strategy translates into delivery Integrate AI into marketing strategies and operations - identifying where it drives real business value, and helping clients adopt it in a meaningful, future-proof way You turn strategic direction into tangible outcomes. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as a marketing strategist Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce, and the broader advertising ecosystem - ATL experience is a plus Sharp storytelling and presentation skills: you translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives that drive alignment and action Experience defining personas and customer journeys based on data insights and client input Strong analytical skills - you turn data into clear, actionable recommendations that guide decision-making Broad knowledge of digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEA, social media, CRO, marketing automation, content, e-commerce) that allows you to confidently guide specialist teams A strong commercial mindset - you understand value creation, ROI, and the drivers of sustainable business growth You understand how AI is reshaping marketing and know how to translate it into practical, value-driven applications within strategy and operations Fluent in English & Dutch. French is a strong plus Most importantly: you take ownership.
