POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Team Lead to join us and help grow our online presence, boost conversions, increase engagement, and drive sales. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our company’s mission, vision, and values. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing projects and campaigns across various channels, such as web, email, social media, and display advertising. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of SEO/SEM and generative AI.
The Digital Marketing Team Lead has a passion for digital marketing and innovation and will partner closely with our Marketing Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of our website. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our website is user-friendly, secure, up-to-date, and aligned with our organizational goals and brand identity. This position will also be responsible for managing our social media accounts, which includes developing and executing our social media calendar to align with our content strategy.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience with website and social media strategy

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing within cybersecurity and/or technology service space
  • Familiar with web design and development principles and practices, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
  • Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND/ OR CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues, such as bugs, errors, broken links, security breaches, etc.

  • Keep up with the latest web trends, best practices, and technologies
  • Ensure that the website complies with all relevant laws and regulations, such as privacy, accessibility, etc.
