DIGITAL MARKETER - SEO AND PPC

The Pickstock Group is a diverse group of companies with a number of new businesses in the energy, travel and car leasing sectors. Businesses which draw heavily upon digital marketing expertise to grow the businesses. The opportunity has therefore arisen for a SEO and digital advertising specialist to join the marketing team.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our content, online advertising and social strategy for multiple businesses and ensure all written materials align with business objectives and brand voice.

Your focus will include creating high quality organic and digital advertising content that attracts and engages existing clients and strengthens our online presence. You’ll develop content plans, conduct keyword research, and bring creative ideas to life for a number of The Pickstock Group’s businesses.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced digital marketer with a proven track record in producing engaging, high-quality SEO content and managing paid online and social media campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences. While experience in the renewable energy, travel, or automotive sectors is a plus, it is not a requirement.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of demonstrated expertise in SEO, paid advertising (including Google Ads, retargeting, and social media advertising), and proficiency with supporting tools. Managing budgets effectively and possessing the knowledge to implement, monitor, and optimize campaigns for success are essential.
You should have a strong background in SEO content creation, optimization, and digital advertising, with a solid understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO techniques, and industry best practices. In this role, you will craft and edit compelling content across various platforms—such as blogs, web pages, product descriptions, and social media—conduct keyword research, apply SEO strategies, update under-performing content to improve results, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives.
Proficiency in SEO and PPC analytics tools as well as GA4, along with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, is required. Experience with content management systems like WordPress is advantageous.
