POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Web Development Specialist to lead Engage Building Products’ digital marketing initiatives and manage the ongoing development, optimization, and performance of our website and online platforms. This full-time role is based in Calgary, AB and plays a critical part in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through digital channels.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of combined experience in digital marketing and web development.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress (or similar CMS), HTML/CSS, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and digital advertising platforms.
• Experience managing email campaigns, paid ads, and content strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with the building products or construction industry is an asset but not required.
