Job Title: Digital Marketing & Website Design/Developer

Salary: £25per hour

We’re looking for a experienced, creative Digital Marketing & Website Designer/Developer with expertise in website performance, SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in web development, as well as a proven track record of optimising websites for search engines and managing paid advertising campaigns.
This role will involve working closely with the marketing and design team to improve the user experience, drive traffic, and manage advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and CMS platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console), and technical SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads, including campaign management, A/B testing, and performance optimisation.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and landing page optimisation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, reporting and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
Responsibilities

Web Development:

  • Develop, maintain, and update websites using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress etc.
  • Ensure websites are fully responsive, user-friendly, and all forms and plug ins are running smoothly and optimised for speed.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to implement website design and content updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with websites and web applications.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and systems as required.
