QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You are currently (and at least for the next 6 months) enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s course; Preferably doing a course in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, Engineering or similar
  • You have strong English skills (at least C1 or comparable) with the ability to speak and write in English with accuracy and flair – German writing skills are a plus
  • You’re self-motivated with a high level of proactiveness and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • You are analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for diving into the data and taking data-driven actions
  • You have basic knowledge of web design principles or web development. Any experience with landing page builders (e.g. WordPress, Webflow) is a plus.
  • You love collaborating with others to get work done
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing marketing assets, including ad copy, landing pages, creatives, and more
  • Assist in the management of paid channels like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Organize and update marketing assets & documentation in Hawk’s central knowledge base
  • Perform analysis and update reports to measure effectiveness of paid digital efforts
