Description The Digital Marketplace Specialist will be a proactive and detail-oriented team member who helps expand our brand presence across multiple e-commerce platforms and ensures seamless integration with internal systems. This role works closely with the marketing team to manage product updates and promotional campaigns while leveraging technical expertise to connect e-commerce channels with internal systems for efficient sales fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Manage and update product listings, promotions, and content across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Etsy, Amazon). Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility. Configure and support integration between e-commerce platforms, ERP, and CRM systems to streamline order processing, inventory management, and customer data handling. Ensure a consistent brand presence and merchandising experience across all online channels. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integrations and platform performance. Support digital expansion initiatives by researching and implementing new channel opportunities. Monitor and analyze platform performance, providing recommendations for optimization. Strong technical skills with experience connecting e-commerce platforms to ERP and CRM systems. Knowledge of API integrations, data synchronization, and automation tools. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and technical teams. Passion for branding, digital innovation, and e-commerce growth. Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision. Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude. Must be available for occasional overtime. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Skills Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, or similar platforms. Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Basic understanding of web development or scripting for customization and troubleshooting. Physical Demands Able to continuously use hands to finger, handle, feel, and grip. Able to frequently sit, stand, and walk. Able to occasionally reach within hands and arms length; twist/turn, and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
