We’re seeking a Sales Executive with direct experience and relationships in the Senior Living sector. This role is critical to scaling our growth in this niche.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, prospecting, discovery, nurturing, and closing
  • Leverage existing senior living relationships to generate opportunities and open doors
  • Follow up diligently on warm leads from Pantelope’s campaigns (gift outreach, LinkedIn/email sequences, podcasts, webinars)
  • Build trust with decision-makers (VPs, CMOs, CEOs of senior living groups) by speaking their language and understanding their unique challenges
  • Structure and close high-value recurring contracts ($5K–$15K+/month)
  • Consistently meet or exceed quotas (target: 2–3 closed deals per month)
  • Log activity, pipeline, and outcomes in the CRM for full transparency
