As a digital media account coordinator on the Personal Lines Media team, you’ll support our embedded program by coordinating projects, collaborating with external and internal partners, and providing clear and timely updates. In this role, you’ll coordinate and attend meetings to address program updates and challenges, maintain essential documentation such as project timelines and partner agreements, and track program KPIs to ensure alignment with financial and strategic goals. Additionally, you’ll manage communication workflows, respond to inquiries, and proactively resolve issues to strengthen relationships with our partners.
This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of six years related marketing or digital media experience
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of three years related marketing or digital media experience

Preferred skills

  • Experience in a consultative role or environment, such as agency account management or business development
  • Proven experience facilitating meetings and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Experienced in applying data for decision-making and tracking important metrics using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with digital media, UX/UI, and Agile standard methodologies
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external partners to manage budgets effectively

Compensation

  • $59,600 - $96,100/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24%- 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
