KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms and an understanding of how to optimise them for engagement
  • Previous experience or education in marketing, media, communications, or a related field is desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proactive, motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow our presence across digital platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and participation in client video interviews during business events
  • Create engaging content and help increase the visibility and reach of our social media activity
  • Conduct business and industry research to support strategic decision-making
  • Assist the data research department with ongoing projects
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Source and liaise with suppliers as needed
