Are you a digital media expert with a passion for driving buzz for organizations that make a difference? MediaSource, an award-winning communications agency, is seeking a Digital Media and Influencer Relations Specialist to promote content with purpose for healthcare and other impact brands. This role is ideal for a communications professional who thrives on building relationships with digital-first media and creators, spotting trends before they go mainstream, and driving brand buzz across social platforms. You’ll work across multiple non-profit client accounts in the healthcare space, helping organizations that make a difference gain visibility through placements in social and viral media outlets and collaborations with influencers.

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or influencer strategy with agency experience strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated success with specific case studies that show your success in securing placements with social-first media and managing influencer campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to pitch creatively and build lasting digital media creator and influencer relationships
  • Proficiency in influencer platforms and social listening tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Sprout, AspireIQ, Traackr)
  • Digital content creation skills such as video production, editing and writing
  • Understanding of FTC guidelines and best practices in influencer partnerships
  • Agile and organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Finger on the pulse of internet culture, digital trends, and what drives engagement online
  • Bonus: Experience in health care, or nonprofit sectors, background in media relations or content creation across multiple platform

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy and execution of influencer and digital media outreach for multiple client accounts
  • Identify and build relationships with digital content creators, social-first media outlets and influencers that align with client goals
  • Secure coverage by leveraging trend-driven platforms and collaborating with emerging social-first health content creators (e.g., TikTok & IG health news content creators, podcasts, Substack)
  • Integrate influencer partnerships and digital media outreach into overall PR and campaign strategies
  • Develop influencer briefs, manage contracts and deliverables, and coordinate content timelines
  • Create compelling digital content such as social posts, short videos, reels, graphics, etc.
  • Stay current on digital trends, platform algorithms, cultural moments, and viral content to inform strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with all teams to maximize campaign impact
  • Measure and report on KPIs, earned media value and strategic impact across influencer and digital campaigns
  • Contribute to new business efforts by developing influencer/media strategies and ideas for proposals
    Requirements:
