Our fast growth is fueled by our strong connections and unique client portfolio, and we’re looking for a passionate and strategic Digital Media Buyer to join our team and help us continue to deliver impactful results.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Media Buyer is the subject matter expert at the agency for all things Digital Media. This includes a variety of marketing activities including, but not limited to designing, creating, and reporting on marketing strategies in support of the client’s current and future needs, including emerging media channels. The specialist will stay ahead of changes in the marketing environment and adjust plans accordingly to best serve the client. They are also responsible for online marketing budgets and related client results. They should have the full trust of our clients in ensuring that media dollars are being used to drive real growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field from an accredited university desired
  • 3-5 years in paid media preferred (especially Google and Facebook ads)
  • 3-5 years in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge in the principles, theories, and practices of online marketing (paid search, display, programmatic, etc.), social media, web analytics and web development
  • Be able to find, gather, and collect information or data while evaluating the information against a set of standards
  • Observe, measure, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives while directing the development and implementation of solutions and/or organizational changes
  • Work well in a team environment and interact with teammates and clients in a matter that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • A background in political campaigns or working with political clients is a big plus.

Responsibilities
  • Work with media strategists and client success managers to develop plans that set clients up for success.
  • Develop online marketing campaigns that drive qualified traffic, conversion, revenue, efficiency and growth for all client programs– you are the subject matter expert for digital media.
  • Make sure that the team has built and optimized paid media campaigns that meet all client needs.
  • Make sure client campaigns are being managed within set budgets.
  • Recommend future optimizations and make operational recommendations to improve the performance of digital media efforts, including emerging channels that are a good fit to meet client objectives.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and effectively communicate with clients to show them the value HONEY.inc is bringing their business.
  • Integrate HONEY.inc media efforts with client’s systems, processes, and data.
  • Provide and/or develop operational reporting that streamlines internal workflows and client deliverables.
  • Proactively cultivate knowledge on current trends related to digital media.
  • Ensure that all media buying is following industry best practices.
