We’re looking for a Digital Media Coordinator to support our growing team by organizing, planning, and facilitating our content creation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and comfortable turning ideas into structured plans and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in content coordination, media planning, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with content marketing and basic digital strategy
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Trello, or similar
  • A knack for turning vague ideas into clear, actionable plans
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Work with our team to brainstorm and outline media ideas for client campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Create and maintain structured documentation for videos, social posts, email content, and other media deliverables
  • Develop and manage content calendars, shot lists, outlines, and production notes
  • Help ensure brand consistency and clarity across all content produced
  • Track and organize media assets and version control using shared tools like Google Drive and Trello
  • Assist the content team in the writing of web pages, social media posts, and blog articles
  • Own the content creation efforts for a number of brands
