ABOUT THE ROLE

Webbuzz is a digital growth agency that helps Australian SMEs generate leads through smart, creative campaigns. We’re on the lookout for a versatile Digital Media & Design Associate who’s not just a skilled designer—but also confident producing and editing engaging video content.
This role plays a vital part in our creative team, crafting visual assets and motion content that bring campaigns to life across web, social, and paid media platforms. You’ll work closely with marketers, developers, and content producers to support client goals and help Webbuzz deliver high-performance digital work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Multimedia Design: Design digital and print assets including landing pages, social graphics, display ads, brochures, icons, and brand materials.
  • Video Content Production: Plan, shoot (where applicable), and edit short-form video content for use across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok—including ads, explainers, animations, and reels.
  • Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create dynamic video edits, incorporating text overlays, animations, transitions, and branded elements.
  • Campaign Creative: Interpret briefs and develop visual concepts that support marketing strategies and enhance user engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Brand Identity & Visual Consistency: Create and maintain visual styles for both Webbuzz and client brands, ensuring assets are aligned with tone, message, and channel requirements.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work cross-functionally with performance marketers, web developers, and copywriters to iterate on design work. Present concepts, receive feedback, and deliver final assets on time.
  • Production File Management: Prepare design and video files for publishing or handover, ensuring high quality output across digital and physical formats.
