JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design abilities, be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and be comfortable handling basic, non-programming website management tasks. While HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus, it is not required. We will be delivering a wide variety graphics and marketing material to clients in San Diego, communicating and working together on a daily basis. Your job is to make sure the client gets the right content that they need, in their requested format and details.
Our work is split between marketing content and medical training simulations, so adaptability and a broad creative mindset are important. There will generally be more work for marketing content. While not required, we value candidates who are open to learning in areas such as animation or UI/UX when the need arises. There is a strong emphasis on biomedical products, but other industries might also be included.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong design skills with a keen eye for composition, typography, and color.
• Ability to perform basic website updates and navigation within a CMS.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows, including potential exposure to 3D modeling, animation, and web development.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities.
