POSITION SUMMARY

Key contributor within the digital marketing team in the development, execution and optimization of paid media advertising strategies. Your main focus is to drive new membership inquiries for Life Time through smart paid media placements across social, programmatic and emerging channels, A/B testing, optimization and creative thinking.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing/Advertising or related field
  • 2-4 years’ experience with paid search, paid social or programmatic advertising
  • Understands general advertising and marketing concepts
  • Proficient Excel user (Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Creative thinker and writer, with excellent spelling

Preferred Requirements

  • Proficient with Adobe Analytics or other Analytics platforms
  • Experience in negotiating with vendors
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, delegate tasks and adapt quickly to change
  • Multi-tasking capabilities against tight deadlines

Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $64,000.00 and pays up to $88,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Develops market-level media strategies, creates pro formas, and budget estimates
  • Daily management of digital advertising campaigns: manages timelines for new campaign launches and refreshes, flawlessly trafficking campaigns and QAs ads, proficient in campaign optimizations
  • Develops, executes and reports against testing plans
  • Compiles and distributes monthly, quarterly and annual performance and media insights for leadership
  • Actives in creative asset development; assists with writing creative briefs, writing ad copy variations for different audiences, brainstorming with in-house creative team
  • Partners with the other digital marketing teams to leverage joint strategies and community insights to effectively achieve respective business goals within budget
  • Evaluates vendors and negotiates pricing
