A PASSIONATE AND SELF-MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL, ADEPT AT MANAGING MULTICULTURAL DIGITAL MEDIA PLANS AND CAMPAIGNS, LEVERAGING DATA-DRIVEN, INNOVATIVE, AND CREATIVE IDEAS.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Write RFPs / RFIs (one sheet briefs to partners)
  • Vet different partners in partner selection process to build a comprehensive media plan
  • Bring partnership ideas to be evaluated for future media plans and campaigns
  • Collaborate with media team and/or account services to establish media objectives and strategies for advertising campaigns
  • Promote synergy between multicultural and general market digital plans to help enhance effectiveness as well as efficiencies for the agency clients
  • Assist and implement the management of daily tasks in support of the digital media product
  • Evaluate communication goals of potential media plans and make best recommendation
  • Monitor digital campaigns to ensure pacing and delivery
  • Manage campaign budgets
  • Ability to act as a mentor to junior team members on digital acumen and knowledge
  • Study demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences
  • Evaluate editorial content, ratings and audience composition of a wide range of digital channels/partners to determine which would most effectively reach the target audience
  • Conduct media research, evaluate data; develop points of view; understand system applications; and understand various media and their applications against Client strategies/goals
  • Keep current on media trends

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of digital agency experience with working knowledge of:
  • Data management platforms
  • Programmatic buying landscape
  • Experience working with partners, media brief / RFP
  • Experience handling negotiations and contracts with partners and holding them accountable to agreed upon KPIs
  • Experience in collaborating with the broader media and digital teams to develop media strategies and tactics to effectively target the diverse consumer in multiple U.S. markets

  • Strong mathematical abilities, attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
