This is what you move: As a Digital Media Planning Consultant (m/w/d), you will manage and optimize digital campaigns across all relevant channels and support strategic planning in close collaboration with your team members. In an international environment, you will coordinate the cooperation between internal teams, clients, and external partners to efficiently implement data-driven campaigns. Client Consulting: As the primary point of contact for all digital matters, you will advise and guide your clients both strategically and operationally, building sustainable relationships. Campaign Strategy: You are responsible for designing innovative digital campaign strategies and ensuring their seamless integration into the overarching media activities of our major clients. Budget Responsibility: You will diligently handle the monitoring, controlling, and forecasting of all digital budgets, ensuring efficient use of funds. Analysis & Insights: You will analyze campaign performance, derive valuable insights and learnings from it, and ensure continuous optimization. Coordination: Through your smooth process coordination with digital specialists and internal units, you will guarantee first-class, holistic client consulting. Knowledge Transfer: You will proactively share your extensive expertise with junior team members and take an active role in their professional development. The following qualities distinguish you: Experience: You have solid professional experience from a media agency and are well-versed in digital strategy development and planning. Expertise: Your expertise in display and programmatic advertising is complemented by broad know-how in social media marketing and solid foundational knowledge of SEA. You understand algorithmic delivery, have experience in tracking and measurement, and are a competent sparring partner for setup, analysis, and optimization. Communication Skills: You communicate confidently, clearly, and persuasively in English, both written and spoken, in a professional context. German language skills are a plus. Client Focus: With your strong consulting and leadership skills, you act as a trusted partner for your clients and know how to meet their needs.
