Description

A career as a Digital Media Specialist in the Paid Media team at National Bank means acting as an expert in digital campaign management and optimization. BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms: Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Google Campaign Manager (SA360 is an asset).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in tracking performance and optimizing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • University degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth execution of digital media initiatives to maximize consideration and acquisition of National Bank products.
  • Proficiency in Google Search is an essential asset for this role.
  • Collaborate with senior media specialists and the media agency on campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns by overseeing launch processes, audience implementation, creative updates, and budget management.
  • Analyze digital initiatives’ performance to provide key insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage certain internal campaigns (recruitment, events, branch openings) from briefing to performance analysis.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and share media trends to continuously enhance our practices.
