The ideal candidate will possess profound digital marketing expertise, a passion for performance-driven strategies and a comprehensive understanding of digital media. This role involves executing cutting-edge digital strategies and overseeing campaigns for prominent e-commerce projects and brands in Greece. Responsibilities Responsible for the execution and optimization of paid campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo Ads, TikTok Ads etc.) in alignment with the clients’ objectives and KPIs Demonstrate finely-tuned performance marketing skills including: bid management, campaign structure, feed optimization, keyword research/development, ad copy creation, campaign performance tracking and reporting Ensuring campaigns are set-up with best practices and quality and routinely optimized for maximum efficiency, according to KPIs and defined targets Develop customer reports by aggregating and analyzing information from web analytics tools and Data Studio. Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on advertising spend (RoAS) Provide expert consultation to customers of the company, helping them to make the most out of the digital tools available and used by the company Stay current with performance marketing trends and best practices Freely share knowledge, insights, best practices, tactics and ideas across her/his team. Be motivated to ensure that knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept up to date with a research & development attitude Demonstrate a cooperative spirit and contribute to a positive working environment.
