Senox Corporation is looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join our Marketing team! This role will support the day-to-day Marketing operations with a focus on creating digital content for websites, social media, etc.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase reach and engagement. Monitor trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Image Editing: Edit and retouch images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to achieve the desired look and ensure image quality.
  • Creative Input: Experience providing creative input, creative direction and suggestions for improving product presentation, photography techniques, video content, including visual style, narrative techniques, and technical aspects.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all images meet company standards for quality and consistency before they are used in marketing materials or on the website.
  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Pre-Production: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards. Organize and schedule shoots, including securing locations, talent, and equipment.
  • Post-Production: Edit video footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create polished and professional final products. Incorporate graphics, music, and voiceovers as needed.
  • Content Optimization: Optimize video content for various platforms and formats to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Project Management: Managing multiple video projects simultaneously; ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to understand visual requirements to ensure that image and video content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives and brand guidelines. Incorporate feedback and make adjustments as needed.

  • Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Provide actionable recommendations based on data.
  • Campaign Management: Design digital media campaigns (Mailchimp) according to business goals. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and online promotions. Track and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Apply insights to continuously improve our digital media efforts.
  • Product Photography: Take high-resolution, detailed images of a wide range of products, ensuring consistency in style, lighting, and composition.
  • Studio/equipment Management: Set up, manage, and maintain the photography studio and equipment (video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, etc.)
  • File Management: Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring that files are properly labeled and stored for easy access.
