We’re looking for passionate individuals to join us as Digital Mentors, supporting people to develop essential digital literacy skills and improve their online confidence and independence.

As a Digital Mentor, you will:

• Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to build participants’ digital literacy
• Support clients to navigate online services including myGov, email, and job search platforms
• Foster inclusive, welcoming environments—both face-to-face and virtual
• Tailor learning approaches to suit diverse participant needs
• Maintain clear records of sessions and progress
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure client needs are met
• Stay current with evolving digital tools, risks, and resources
