WHAT EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a digital designer, preferably in an agency or fast-paced media environment;
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially in Photoshop and After Effects because creating motion graphics and animated content is a must;
  • Experience with 3D software like Blender or Cinema4D;
  • Proficiency with developing digital display ads using HTML5 and CSS, for example with software such as Google Studio;
  • A proven ability to use AI tools and effective prompting to enhance design workflows, generate ideas, and create assets efficiently;
  • Ability to work independently on medium-term projects from briefing to final delivery with minimal supervision; ability to lead discussions with internal stakeholders, set feasible deadlines, deliver effectively, and manage outcomes;
  • Experience with client communication, like presenting creative work, handling client feedback and issues that arise throughout projects.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Vistar Studio is looking for a talented and experienced Digital Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be translating advertiser’s ideas into impactful digital campaigns that will run across our network of digital out-of-home (DOOH) screens. Thus, you should be passionate about advertising and media technologies.
We’re looking for an independent problem-solver with a knack for turning creative concepts into reality. You’ll be responsible for understanding client needs, scoping projects, and managing your own priorities to ensure timely and effective delivery. While you’ll be a self-starter, you’ll also know when and how to leverage the wider team to deliver the best possible solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design and produce high-quality digital creatives (static, video, 3D and HTML5 creatives) for a wide range of clients and industries.
  • Translate briefs sales & clients into effective creative solutions, taking an idea from concept to completion.
  • Manage project scopes and set priorities to ensure your deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Vistar Media’s platform capabilities and technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design and DOOH advertising.
  • Leverage the skills of other team members when needed to ensure project success.
