EXPERIENCE

  • 2 Years in Commercial or Key Account Executive role.
  • Proven track record in driving a team to succeed.
  • Degree or similar experience within the beauty arena.
  • Mass or premium brand experience essential.
  • Experience working within the Irish beauty market is ideal, but not essential.
  • Sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise digital assets to enhance brand presence.
  • Experience in driving digital initiatives and engaging online audiences.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Due to the exciting growth at SOSU, we are looking for a motivated, collaborative, and Digital National Account Executive with a ‘customer-first mindset’ to join our expanding team.
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving our mix of e-tailers, pure players, and independent accounts to achieve wholesale targets. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop commercial plans. You will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence through collaborative work with the marketing and design teams.
Key responsibilities include working with each customer channel to achieve consistent sales targets, leveraging our portfolio of brands: SOSU Cosmetics, Dripping Gold, and Bahama Official, striving for our brands to become number one and to be a trusted brand partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive growth across outlined accounts, aligning activities to annual targets.
  • Manage and maintain key client accounts, unlocking commercial brand opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on wholesale targets, collaborating with retailers and distributors.
  • Analyse account performance, including P&Ls, to optimise future strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders on brand plans and activities.
  • Support international retailer expansion to ensure a consistent look and feel digitally.
  • Work closely with departments cross-functionally.
  • Maintain a laser focus on account planning, forward forecasting, and sales revenue growth.
  • Provide visibility into the sales pipeline and execute customer-specific business plans.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with other internal functions to provide best-in-class service to the customer.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for digital assets, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and is optimised for digital platforms.
