About the role We are looking for a highly organised and customer-centric Digital Onboarding Specialist to join our Implementation team and oversee the onboarding of schools utilising our Digital Onboarding process. The focus will be on ensuring that schools seamlessly transition to our services while receiving the support necessary during their onboarding journey. If you’re a communicative and detail-oriented person, this role is perfect for you. Core responsibilities Managing onboarding projects with schools moving to Arbor systems. Overseeing the data migration process, ensuring timely completion of tasks by the school. Creating and maintaining onboarding resources, such as the Arbor Training Hub and Help Centre, to facilitate smooth transitions for schools. Planning and leading internal and external meetings to align project goals and customer priorities. Addressing all inquiries related to the onboarding process, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and quality targets. Identifying risks and managing changes within projects as necessary. Being a key contact for schools, providing outstanding customer service and confidently discussing Arbor’s offerings. Planning risk mitigations and developing effective solutions. Collaborating closely with the Digital Onboarding Team Lead to ensure overall project success and positive customer outcomes. Assisting Programme teams with project administration tasks. Utilising company software systems for data cleansing and generating accurate reports for project teams. About you Experience in project management, customer support, administration, or a related field is desirable. Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive approach. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and simplify complex information. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently. Aptitude for data interpretation to understand and cater to school needs. Flexible and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective outcomes. Proficient in Microsoft and Mac OS platforms, with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
