The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of project management experience, a strong understanding of digital development and production, and exposure to analytics and data management. You should be an adept communicator, able to manage competing priorities, and skilled in fostering collaboration across teams. Position Responsibilities:
- Implement project scope, resources, budget, and project schedule.
- Manage maintenance of the project plan with status updates.
- Own, coordinate updates, and help facilitate internal status meetings with support from supervisor.
- Participate in cross-departmental teams implementing client requests.
- Ensure ability to track project progress in coordination with project financials.
- Maintain internal financial system ensuring correct estimates and invoices are always present.
- Participate in internal meetings, assist in taking and routing notes as directed, and coordinating effective responses from the team.
- Monitor internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- Manage expectations for deliverables, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Identify resource availability and allocation.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Coordinate meetings with practitioners, clients, and staff. Document key understandings and takeaways from meetings, including participants. If the subject matter is not familiar, vet understanding with practitioners.Post key understandings for the team.
- Coordinate and assist media team with tracking spend, reconciling vendor actuals, and monthly reforecast.
- Maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Assist with project risk management measures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Technical Qualifications -
- 2 years of experience in a project management environment
- Strong understanding of all aspects of digital development and production
- Working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheets)
- Exposure to analytical concepts and data management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with web technologies
- Experience in a highly collaborative agency business
