We are a young, innovative company based in Tel Aviv that produces cutting-edge products. We are looking for a Digital Operations Specialist who will be a member of the Operations division. A Digital Operations Specialist within the operation division plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s workflow and ensuring uninterrupted operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and managing a variety of hardware and software systems according to predefined protocols. Your work will involve interacting with various digital platforms and managing user accounts across websites and other online tools. Responsibilities Operate hardware and software based on protocols. Perform task execution via digital platforms. Possible to Work in a control room environment- identifying and resolving problems as they arise. Manage and troubleshoot basic hardware and software-related issues. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and consistent workflows. Requirements Tech-savvy and comfortable working with hardware and software. Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. Basic knowledge of digital platforms. Strong attention to details and ability to follow instructions precisely. Experience in Osint/Webint research- an advantage. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
